GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO I have paid this dept in full two times and my payments were rejected LOUISVILLE KYLOUISVILLE Kentucky

I used GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO. to pay for some dental work.I paid them on a monthly basis for one year,at the end of the year the interest rate went to 21 % so I decided to pay off my balance.

I paid my dept in full two times and both payments were rejected bt GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO.I have made numerous attempts to settle this dept,including sending them copies of my statements clearly showing the payment and thier rejection.

They have now sold my dept to a collection agency.I have been verbally threatened by this agency,to have my credit ruined.

My original dept was approximatelt 1067.00 I now owe 1881.92 I would appreciate any help I can get on this matter.
