GE Capital Consumer Card Company sent bill after due date Palatine Illinois

I had this crummy card pushed on me at a bargain outlet with the promise of a further discount. The cashier filled out the form for me using my ID cards. They took down my physical address and my mailing address. Apparantly, they sent a bill to my physical address, which never arrived since I have no mailbox here. Finally I got a bill at my PO box, which was overdue when received. When I called them, and got a human after several tries, they told me that if there were any errors, they were mine, even though they obviously had my mailing address, and they would stand by their late charge. this company is a piece of garbage!
