GE Capital Consumer Cards Co STRIKES AGAIN!!! RIP OFF AND FRAUD SCAM IN NYC Louisville Kentucky

After applying for a dept store credit card, I was approved by GE Capital Cons Card Co, and thats when the rip off began. I never received the credit card. I applied in Dec 03, and its now April 18, still no card. After several failed attempts, I finally reached the customer service, and they were rude, and insignificant in assisting me with guidance. Their only response was to go the dept store and complain. In addition to not receiving the card, it took them three months to send a fascimile copy of my bill, which included late fees, false charges, higher rates, etc. I never even received or agreed to the terms and conditions of this offer. Therefore the contract is void. Both parties must have mutual assent and be fully aware of the complete terms and conditions prior to forming a binding and enforceable agreement.

While conducting a search of the company online, I discovered this is a recurring phenomena with this company and the harassing phone calls daily, false late fees, uncooperative customer care, and other fradulent and negligent business practices. I plan to formally complain to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in Kentucky. If necessary, a lawsuit will be filed to absolve this unenforceable aggrement that was illegally created. Companies like GE Captial Cons Card Co should be put out of business, and severely fined for their repeated acts of fraud in scamming and ripping off many honest consumers all around the country. Contact a lawyer, file a complaint, and dont make payments on an account you feel is the product of fraud.
