GE Capital Retail Bank WORSE THAN THE MAFIA Nationwide

Whatever you do, do not get a credit card from any store that uses GE Capital Retail or as it is now known, Syncrony. I had an account at Lowes and didn't realize they were charging 24.99% interest. I think both Lowe's and GE are rip off artists. Keep away from both of them.

"Didn't Realize"???

So cutting to the chase...YOU were given or sent the disclosure statement when YOU received the card. YOU chose to NOT read the disclosure statement which contains all APR and fee information. YOU decided to use the card without having a clue as to the APR because YOU chose to not read the information. Nobody forced you to use this card. If you don't like the APR, very simple...you don't apply/use the card. Of course, a SMART CONSUMER will know what they are getting into by READING the disclosures BEFORE using the card or even applying for it.
Oh yes, don't even make the effort...I'll say it right now...I don't work for them!

Your complaint is that you were charged the agreed upon interest rate. That’s not a rip-off.
