Close to 4 years ago, while standing in my dentist office, I was offered a $1,000.00 loan over the phone. Since then it has grown to $1,800.00.
Because of unemployment for a year, I was getting "late payment fees", which didn't take long to add up. Now add the famous "overlimit fees" mix well with the "finance charges and wala, you have a huge bill.
Adding up all of the money order receipts the total came to over $2,000.00 I've paid. How can that be. They are crooks. Why can't we get a Class action going. By the way, They used to be called Bank One. I was a participant and received a check because of a class action against them. I'm not spending any more of my hard earned money. They can go to hell. Thank You for this site. Sincerely, One pissed off person...
