I ordered my refirgerator and stove beginning of march 2016 first delivery attempt the stove was broken so they brought both appliances back the second attempt 4/23/2016 about a mont later  they delivered the stove but told me the fridge was too big for the space!! when he first delivery guy said it would fit becuase home depot didnt measure the feet on the bottom of the fridge and that home depot gave me the wrong measurements. I went to home depot to find out the delivery guy was lying he just didnt want to carry the fridge in my house so we ordered a redelivery on 4/30/2016 in which case they did not show becuase they said the truck was pulled over by DOT so they had to reschedule I explained tha I had been waiting for 2 months and they said they couldnt do anything offered me a 25 gift card  and that was it also said they would send the 1st guy that originally came on the 1st attemp because i explained he said it could fit they offered to have him there on tuesday may 2 2016  after 5 to accomodate my work schedule. the delivery guys were there actually as I pulled up which was before 5 pm and as the 1st time he came in and measured and said that the fridege would fit!! but he could not deliever it because it was damaged really bad. which means we have to set up another delivery date! well they actually retuurned the merchandise for refund without my consent which means i had to wait another week and a half before there is actually delivery scheduled now i have delivery scheduled for tommorrow after 5 and have no idea whats going to happen as far as my merchandise being there without damage or if they will actually be there after 5 as requested this has been a most horrible experience and I am very very angry with this service this has ruined my plans that i have made all to wait for a product i did not recieve in which i paid for over 2 months agothis service is horrible and home depot needs to find another delivery service because they make home depot look horrible and i will be paying off my credit card and going with lowes is horrible.
