GE Money Bank will not change my payment due date so I can pay on time. I explained why I needed the change back on Feb 1st , 2010, and it is now June and they still have not made the requested change, In the meantime, they continue to add late payment fees and past due payments to where now i am unable to even make the monthly minimum payment. GE Money Bank has horrible customer service, I can't even reach a person that understands what I am asking, or speaks halfway decent English (obviously this dept. has been outsourced). Now they have referred my account to a collection agency called Genpact Services LLC, PO Box 1969, Southgage, MI 48195.

Everyone wants to be paid on the 1st.
From Feb to June, I really doubt late fees are to be blaimed AND if you had been trying to pay the debt would not have been sent to a collection agency.
