Wal-Mart money/debit card is a joke, and it's not a fun one when the kids are hungry and not enough gas money to get to work for a couple weeks till i get another check. 

I had loaded my card with $500 on wed. on thursday i drawed a $100 out at an ATM, I call today and my balance is zero,

Might actually get it back. after not being able to understand the person in customer service, and not knowing for sure what she was saying. i just hope i heard her right. 

They say it would take a week to ten days if then to get the $394.00 that was spent at a target store in n.y. n.y.  just an hour or two after i used my card here at a well known casino atm in eastern Oklahoma, just south of Ft Smith Ar. pending investigation and that the money, if and when i got it would be put on my new card they would send 7-10 days out.

I don't understand why our law-makers/banking regulators or the atty general hasn't put a stop this fraud.

Where does this money go ?

How many billions of $$'s is this gonna cost us?

It seems that a scam that is no longer is taken over by a bigger scam and is never ending, because there is no percusion for getting caught.

Wouldn't it be a better World if all those involved in making the laws or allowing the loopholes for this sort of thing to happen be throwed in not a powder puff luxury pin, but in there with the worst and forgotten, with-out the money they got by fraud and bribes.
