GE Money Capital Loan, Albert, James, Nancy Frye Called stating they have approved loan for $5000, then if credit is bad ask for $210 for insurance to send money to you in 15 mins. then call back and they say your state wants a transfer fee in order for the money to be deposited. GE Money Capital Loan, calls you and advise that you have been approved for a loan up to $5k. You only pay a low interest rate and the monthly fee $98. They ask for your banking routing number, social. Then they come back and tell you that your  credit score is low and you will need to purchase insurance, that is refundable and the funds will be transfered within 15 mins.  The gentlmen is Albert and or James. They ask to money gram $210 to Nancy Frye and then the money will be refunded back to you with your loan.

After you wait, then call back and they say that there is a problem with your state department is wanting you to pay a transfer fee of $250 in order for the money to go through. You can threaten them with police and FBI and they don't care. They tell you they will call you back in 15 minutes.  They all have accents from India.  they will tell you that the finance manager is in a meeting and they will call you back the next day.

This is scam and my rent is due and lession learned, I'm out of $210 and I closed my bank account just for precausion.
