GE Money Credit Card - Lens Crafters $39.00 Late Fees every month EVEN if you PAY on TIME Internet

Buying a pair of glasses from Lens Crafters, using the credit card service GE Money, is a real Rip-Off.. They allow you credit even if the amount is over your credit line limit.

They don't tell you the extra fees you must pay each month, because your over your credit limit. Those fees add up unless you can pay the over amount.. Example: $1000 credit line.

Glasses cost $1085.00.. There is $85 that must be paid off on the first monthly bill, plus your first monthly fee = $ 144.00 OR you will get slapped with a OVER LIMIT CHARGE. If you pay on this account BEFORE it's DUE, (GE Money's statement date) let's say the first or third of the month. OR pay on their DUE DATE, using on-line banking where they hold your funds for 2 to 3 days before they post them, your next statement will have a LATE FEE charge.. You have to pay after the seventh or eight of each month, and at lease 10 days before your due date. According to my records, this just started to happen around Sept. 08..
