Geana Associates, USA ripoff dishonest, fraudulent, misrepresentation Baldwin New York

In an attempt to get out of debt, I too turned over credit card into to Geana. My account was mishanded by the first agent then turned over to another agent. I constantly had to perform followup and follow through on items they were suppose to be handling.

I have since found out they were sold and purchased by another company of Nickerson, Ryan & Baker, Bensalem, PA 19202.

I was instructed to forward future payments to them.
Since then I found out none of my creditors were paid for the last two months, and my account has been dropped. No notification, no warning, nothing. Just a sorry and the check is in the mail. I'm still waiting. I'm left with dealing with irate creditors and threaten lawsuits.
