Gear Head Modding Matthew Brunk Shipped me a defective product. I returned it for a refund or replacement and never got one along with no customer service or email replies. They just blatantly ignored my requests and ripped me off 100 dollars Panama City Florida

I ordered a xbox 360 controller from gearhead modding, received it in the mail and it was completely defective. Didn't work at all so I sent it back for a refund or replacement and never received either

I tried contacting the company many times throughout a few months period through all the channels they had listed to contact their company but never received anything from them about the situation, refund, replacement or at all.

I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for some time now but seem to be unable to and it is quite disconcerting to just lose 100+ bucks to a company that doesn't seem to care at all. On top of that their webpage was changed or doesn't exist anymore even though there seems to be a Facebook page linked to gearhead modding and it's manager, Matthew Brunk.

Don't order from them, ever and I hope they get a lawsuit brought against them for blatantly ignoring my case and likely others.
