G.e.assurance warranty fraud; had effective warranty; they dropped me before my a/c was completly repaired. Rapid City South Dakota

on 6/5/08 i had my a/c unit , by my power/comp inspected for summer; it was given a written clean bill of health to my satisfaction, an it was free.

on 6/10, in the mail comes a flyer from g.e. i have exteneded warr. on my g.e washer, stating for 149 for a/c,a warranty to cover it for a year, good i thought, since it met all of the requirements; in good running order w/proof. fine on 6/20 i sent first payment, warranty would be valid 7/20. on 7/26 my unit was turning on/off very loud i called g.e; they said o.k gave me a contracted a/c repair; they could not come out on mobile homes,

on 7/28 they gave me another comp. colonial a/c, finally called me on 7/30, coinsidendly my unit was now having major problems, went out on 7/31. colonial came out 8/1, a/c was now out, needed fan motor/ possible compresor, installed a fan/motor 1hr later it was out, calld them back he came out took the #'s off unit and said by mon 8/4 with con. from g.e no problem for 8/4; called him 8/4 he said g.e. gave him green light would bo 8/5, i was mad, you said have 8/4; my a/c was out 4days @ 105 temps. he said forget it find someone else, i called g.e they sent me a letter 250 cap. call for any thing over, you find an a/c comp.

i did on 8/6 called city wide a/c said that damage to your unt was caused by improper install on fan motor,25 to 2800; on 8/7 called another, omega a/c they said a new unit was better warranty and all; called g.e, they said we have terminated your contract as of 8/8. what is this i said? 7days @ 105degrees we spend 2days @ a motel;now this what did i do wrong? i sent g.e. all documentation on my a/c and a strongly worded letter, as well as a complaint to the bbb; my new unit has cost me 3275, and i maxed out my cap.one card! please someone can help me? archangel...
