I was contacted by "Geek Support Live" for so called help. They said they scanned my computer and I needed updates. I've had recent scams, so was concerned. However, they did a grand job of reassuring me they are legit.

I brought to their attention that they already had negative reviews about this "You need our help" saga. Very pushy people that can be rude and demeaning. Said they had BBB clearence.... see for yourself!

They promised a laptop on 9/20/14..... almost a month later and NO LAPTOP. They got me for $800 though after yet another call, promised to refund $400.This is justice????

Do NOT buy into their initial call! So now am out $400 and will continue to fight this "contractual" agreement. Their "tech" support consists of a Middle Eastern accent and BS. 0+0=0

Will update if they return my money..... this has been going on for a month.
