THEY CREATE FAKES REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. They offer guarantee but in reality you are not cover anything if something happens with the phone. If something happens with the phone is because you broke. It is not that the product comes defective or broken Their customer service doesn't care because you are not in China even if yhou are in china is the same because you bought online.
