Having spent more than 5 hours on the phone with alan@geeksoncall.com (888) 667-4577 extension 310, I figured he kept saying the same story, not too many variations, that he was a straight shooter. Well I dropped almost 40K on this franchise, and untold headaches I want a refund. This is not even close to what Alan told me what to expect. The level of professionalism is unbelievably low. Sounds like a high school boiler room on the phone, that is if the choose to pick up. Email communication is simply deplorable, at best. I was contracted to get 32 hours of on site training and assistance, fine with the caveat of scheduling restrictions. The initial training was lacking consistency and usable information, overall this turns out to be a scam. Anyone thinking of dropping 40k on this is a fool.
