They offer a 1 yr block of time for computer tech. $297.00. Send one out-can't fix it-they sell you 1 over priced and lie about the software that comes with it. Then they send a tech to install it and pre-empt your bank account and steal another $99.00. They will not take returns, nor give refunds. All they do is lie and laugh. A happy bunch of thieves. Buyer beware!
