Geeks on Site Gary Pustizzi Hired to set-up new computer and transfer data from existing computer to new computer. The tech copied the data onto a separate hard drive then left with the hard drive containing the data he copied from our computer. Cape Coral Florida

Hired Geeks on Site to do a simple install and transfer of information from an existing computer to a newly purchased computer. They sent their tech, named Gary Pustizzi, who spent 3 hours copying our information onto a hard drive, then had to leave before he could complete the set-up of the new computer and transfer of the data.

Without our knowledge or consent, Mr. Pustizzi left with the hard drive containing the data he obtained from our computer and never returned. The computer that he was hired to set-up and transfer data to was still in the original box when he left and he never even unpacked it. He stated he would be back on the next business day, but he never returned.

Our company made many calls to Geeks on Site and they eventually stated that "Gary is an independent contractor so we are not responsible for what he does." I reminded them that I didn't hire some stranger named Gary, but a professional tech company to do a simple job. I was advised 'oh well, good luck with that." Then they billed me for the 3 hours.

The Tech, Gary Pustizzi, literally walked into our office, copied our files and left with our files, never to return again. We had to spend many hours protecting our company computers after he left. Do not hire Geeks on Site. They send disreputable technicians and then claim they are not responsible for anything their techs do at your location.
