i have worked with these these theives for about 3 years now and they have went down the tubes. the lies are constant from them, and everytime you talk with Daniel Matalon they always tell you the same thing of two or three more weeks we will have updated information. I have talked with a lot of the technicians around the nation and each individual that i have talked to that has worked for these guys is owed money. from the information that i have heard there is no one working for them full time any more because of all the lies to the techs.
i talked with one of the full time people in LA and they told me that daniel and venus have told him they do not have the money to pay him for his last month of work when he left, and he also said that everyone that has ever left these crooks are faced with the same situation of having to fight to get what is owed to them. Beware of Daniel Matalon and Venus McNabb, please look at the maricopa county arizona public records for these two in both criminal and civil records, it will say it all.
they will steal from you whether you are a friend or family member, it does not matter to these heartless individuals. I have talked with Daniel Matalon over the past couple of years and his lies get progressively worse and when you corner him on his own words he explodes. Venus McNabb is worthless to try and talk to because she will not return a call or a email, i think she is nothing but a puppet on a string for daniel to play with, jelly fish.

I did some research on the comment regarding Maricopa County, AZ and found the following records for both Daniel Matalon and Venus McNabb. I agree these two crooks need to be exposed. The following was found in the court files:
Venus McNabb was charged in 2000 with Fraudulent Schemes on three counts. Case numbers are:
CR2000-001519A
CR2000-090082A
CR2000-090802A
I have requested copies of these records. Daniel Matalon along with Venus McNabb was sued in same county in 2005 and that case number is CV2005-003634 on 2-28-05
This shows a pattern of mistrust if you ask me.

I've been struggling over the past 4-5 months to take this company to small claims court, only to find out that the small claims court has no jurisdiction over a company that operates out of another state
However - If the company does business in your state, The department for labor will allow you to file a wage claim, and has jurisdiction.
