Sorry to hear about this.  It appears you were the victim of a malware hack like the Google Drive one that occured around the same time that you wrote this complaint, and confused a spam email that provides you with names you've dealth with, in order to click on things in the email, with a legitimate email.  No legitimate business would send you an email like that, or have your information unless they had hacked you or someone else, and we certainly make sure we keep all of our customer's payment information secure.

Please contact customerservice@geilandmehr.com to make sure your situation is addressed.

You did not receive pirated software, and we do not ignore customers.  Please make sure you are contacting the right department to receive a response.  I'd suggest CC'ing automation@geilandmehr.com on your emails.

The software is built off of CL BOT PRO, which is open-source software that cannot be pirated.  Our service sets up CL BOT PRO for you so it works (otherwise you'd spend weeks figuring out how to get it to work).  We update the software ourselves, and built the original code for CL BOT PRO.  The software clearly says Geil and Mehr Auto Poster on it.  Pirated software would have another company's name on it.

Please keep in mind what our services entails:

1)  Full ad campaign set up.

2)  Full account set up, verification.

3)  Troubleshooting flagging.

We cannot, of course, fix any issues if we can't access the PC, or are not provided with the info that there is a problem.  In some cases, your .Net may have issues, which is why software can stop working, as it requires a re-install of the .Net on the PC.

Regarding the other complaints, we looked at the links but did not find any.  There is one customer, David F., who wrote a fradulent review.  He was harassing one of our female customer service reps, and cyber-stalking her, so we terminated his account and provided a full refund because our employee was scared of him.  The other two star review was from someone that had a competitor that flagged their ads.  They received a full refund, as they noted.  We take great pride in ensuring customer satisfaction, however, we cannot always make every customer satisfied and we unfortunately cannot address a problem if we're not made aware of it, nor can we provide refunds for cases where work has been performed in accordance with our refund policy (as our employees have families to feed).
