I ordered two sets of essential oils on 9/11/18 and never received them. When I go to the email and 'view order' I get the order number (order #39792). Then I go to the Gem Loop website and click on order lookup it takes me to https://beastera.com/apps/tracktor/track and I put in my order number and my email address and I get 'could not find order'. I've emailed them SEVERAL times and get no response.
