I Place an order with Gemloop on Sept.12.2018 for a set of essetial oils. The ad said it would take 10-15 business days and it would be shipped.

I have sent several emails to them with no response. I have not recieved my order as of yet or conformation of it being shipped.

The order was for $7.97 and has been deducted from my checkiing account already. I would like my merchandise or a refund.
