I have contacted the Customer Service Dept. about payments debited on my checking acccount but they claim the payments were returned.  The payments were allmade online and for much more than required .  But could never get anybody to respond that sounded like an American.  They tried to charge me for returned check charges and they wouldn't forward me to Supv.

It's a Scam!

AUTHOR: Fred - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 27, 2009

I took the advice of the Customer Service Reps. and Changed both my Password and my Login Name and Reentered my Acount Info. then instead of giving them the required $15.00/min. payment I gave them $150.00, and it cleared my Bank.  Then 3 days later they closed my Credit Line down and Reported it to all 3 CBs as Closed by Subriber.  They sent me an EMail to say a letter would be following in a few days to expain my NSF status.  I only paid on line and always had a Balance of over 1800,00 in my checking acount.  My Bank confirmed that no checks were ever returned.
