Gemma Selma Regis, Gemma Selma Saidit,  Selma Saidit Gemma Selma Gemma Selma Harassment and failed to provide services promised Irvine CA California

First it’s always questionable when you respond to a craigslist ad but I took the chance since Selma had provided an office location in Irvine. I took a chance and had my kid start workshop with Selma. My kid attended about 7 classes and then had a test photo shoot. Selma said she was going to find my kid the clothes and that I just had to pay for her time and pay for the clothes and I agreed to pay for that. Selma was unorganized, unprepared, did not find my kid her clothes. I purchased clothes myself as backup to have something because it was getting closer to the photo shoot date and Selma still had nothing. Selma made the clothes I purchased her main and only outfit and did not plan appropriately. I was frustrated because Selma said the photographer said the clothes were not good for the photo shoot and he pictures were not to good. Keep in mind I paid $450 for the photos shoot and spent a good $100 on clothes.

The next class my kid has scheduled had to be cancelled because I was in the hospital for medical reasons. I had text Selma to let her know I can’t make it because I am in the hospital. Selma text me back many times, called many times until I eventually asked her to please stop calling and texting because I am in the hospital and I keep thinking my family is calling me for something important. After that it was all down hill. Selma became so upset and offended. She continued to tell me I’m rude and nobody will want to work with a rude parent and put up with my behavior and many more nasty comments. She continued to text and call and harrass me for at least 5 hours straight. The next day she text a get well text and then 2 days later I was still feeling very sick and Selma text me multiple messages again explaining why I should continue taking my daughter to workshops with her. I was very frustrated getting even more text messages so I told Selma that I am not longer taking my kid to her for workshops that I am firing her, to stop harassing me and contacting me and to please make sure I get my pictures I paid for. Selma’s temper got even worse and she began texting me from about noon till 11pm so constant harassing messages for 11 hours straight. Selma was saying very negative things about me and about my child and that I will never find anybody better then her for my kid to work with and that she will sue me for slander. I literally had to block her number to stop her from contacting me because me asking her to stop contacting me did not work.

Selma is very unprofessional, unorganized, may be living out of her car since I noticed cooking supplies such as pots and pans, and cleaning supplies in the back of her very old van that looks like it’s falling apart. Every time I seen her she looked ungroomed. I wasted over $1,000 in 2 months because I trusted her to do her job. It was fine until I tried to set boundaries with her and she got very offended by me cancelling class for medical reasons. There was many red flags but I believed her because I do not know anything about this industry and am just trying to find something my kid loves to do. After finding these other reports I believe she is just trying to have a hustle to make money but does not follow through with her services and possible may be making up everything she says. There is a difference between giving constructive criticism and contacting someone harassing them about information the did not ask for. What kind of person harasses a person who is in the hospital and talks crap about a child. Don’t waste your time or money just to continuously be harassed because an angry lady has an ego trip. If I am contacted again I will need to speak to a lawyer to stop her continuous harassment. I would rather take the loss just to get rid of her and get her to leave me alone especially during my time of illness.
