Gemologica website looked beautiful. Ordered mens star saphire ring in 14k white gold. Charged ring to credit card. Read reviews from BBB and past consumers. Read like a nightmare. Beware, Rip Off, Scam
Refused the ring when arrived by USPS in Nov 2016 based on reviews. Mailman scanned the box and returned it to New York City. Tried calling both numbers which turned to to be bad numbers (either disconncected or mailbox full)
Notified Citibank Mastercharge. Got temporary credit for $603. Ms White from Gemologca lied and told bank that I canceled order before it shipped and refused to give back my money. Citibank believed merchant and reversed $603 credit. Bank's position is that I have no tracking number to prove that I refused and returned Ring to merchant in New York City.
Gemologica never sent me a tracking number and is unreachable by phone because the numbers have been disconnected or not working numbers. Therefore, I am out $603
