I ordered jewelry online from a company called GemsandBeauty. Put it on my credit card. I never got the merchandise, but they stalled long enough that I was past the time limit to get it removed from my CC.
After that I wrote them at every email address I had for them...but they stopped answering. Then their site disappeared, so I figured they went out of business and just simply ripped me.
Recently I found their website back online again. Same merchandise and contact emails. No address or phone numbers listed at their site. I emailed them, but have not received a reply, not that I expected one.
I don't care about getting my money back at this point. I don't even have the paperwork or emails anymore because I gave it up after their site disappeared. But I do want to post this company's name everywhere so I can to alert other consumers that they are a ripoff vendor.

update: I just found a recently opened facebook page for gemsandbeauty.com that lists the following information: company Location: 68363 Calle Barcelona, Cathedral City, CA, 92234. Phone: 760-641-1167. Owner Donna Teague. There is no activity other than what has been posted by GemsandBeauty. No comments or entries. A couple of jewelry photos, thats it. I can only reach an answering machine at the number listed. I have found most of the original paperwork and a few of the emails for this transaction, so I now have more documentation. I have also found, on different scam alert site, another person who reported never received their order. The company called gemsandbeauty.COM is NOT the same as a legitimate site in the UK called gemsandbeauty.NET.
