Gen Salvacion Virtual works, locksmiths answering Rip Off lead Company working in the Philipenes Takes money and runs Nationwide

We were contacted by Gen for the purchase of leads. He is a fraud company working out of the Philipenes saying he is in CA. we purchased some live leads for 120 he called all hours of the night for us to change our payment to some philipens bank we tried giving payment to him via Chase quick pay but he could not use due to being out of the country. when I told him I would take care of it in the morning when the office opened he stated he had employees to pay exc. yet he is suppose to be so large. Then this last time he asked us if we wanted to purchase some leads for $1 a piece so we bought 1500 all the sudden after he gets paid we never hear from him again. When he does contact it is only email he uses blocked numbers and he stated he was up partying late the night he had got paid. ( Meth) Now he is very angry because we charged him back and stopped payment so he has called us all high for the last 3 days straight all hours of the night it is so scary and crazy. He also did a rip off report about us. If you can see it would be my only one due to us having great business practice.
