Gene Brown's Transmissions Rude and discrimatory and unprofessional San Antonio Texas

Avoid Gene Brown's Transmission and Ron Gutierrez unless you like to be hung up on, lied to, and treated like you are doing something wrong by calling for the status of your vehicle repair. 

I foolishly paid this company over $1200 for a clutch installation, was told it would be finished in 2 days and 2 weeks later, i call to ask the status after an addl. part was needed and Ron Gutierrez became beligerent and very rude.  I can't fix it if you calling me, well that began a saga that lead to this complaint.  Who in their right mind would not try to find some recourse when somebody has your money and your vehicle this guy is not a person to trust with your money or car.

He later called and state he could not fix my car and hung up like a child.  When I contacted my credit card company and tried a 3 way call he responds to reverse the charges.  Then the shister tells me he wants cash. So if his work is not up to standard i have to take him to court.

I just wanted my car fixed not a 3 week escaped with a rude individual who lacks business etiquette.

I would not take my car to him to put air in my tire.  So his warranty is totally useless.
