I paid Genesis Clinic £229 for a genetic test which I thought was the internationally recognised test from Australia.  It turns out Geneis Clinic is not affiliated with SkinDNA and have no right to sell any tests. I tried calling the telephone number which IS NOW DISCONNECTED!!!  There goes my £229 !!!!!

So I did some checking.  Stephen Soos is the con-artist that created genesis.clinic and he has a long list of international scams behind him.  He has dozens of failed companies, owes money to just about every person he does business with and has been issued cease and desist letters from the FDA in the United States.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JERK.  Just google his name and you will see why.  I called my bank and put a stop on the credit card transaction so it looks like Im going to get my money back without a problem. But Others have not been so lucky

Dont Believe What You See

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 10, 2016

Thank you for raising the images of Pall Mall - I would be interested in communicating directly with you if you wish.

There is a larger issue here. The images on the Pall Mall website did not belong to Pall Mall and were provided to them by the Teflon couple. However, the Teflon couple did not own the images and they did not have the consent of the people for them to be used either. This has been flagged to Pall Mall and they have removed the images.

Note to the Teflons - if you are that good, use your own images, use your own work, stop stealing from others. Even on their new Facebook page, they have lists of images - you can happily question many of them. As for Kam Singh, he has been informed of the nature of these people. WHen the garden is rosy, he will wonder just exactly what the fuss is about, genuine credible people - this is where they are highly skilled. The only guarantee in their lives is that a storm will always follow and it will be the fault of others.

On the Genesis.clinic website, Pall Mall are the two locations noted for Liverpool and Manchester. One of their consultants has some involvement with the Teflons and he is aware of the reputational risks he faces, let alone the financial ones. Pall Mall too run an equal risk by association. Whether they review their position is up to them.

Storm and drama is right up the Soos street, they love distraction and smoke screen while they carry on regardless.

Zero Ethics

AUTHOR: M.G. - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, February 08, 2016

These two should be called Steven and Emma Teflon - nothing sticks.

I do not know what is worse - the claims they are making and the lies they are telling or the authorities turning a blind eye.

All of the images used by them are stolen from other sources.  The owner of this company:

https://www.pallmallmedical.co.uk/cosmetic-surgery/non-surgical-face-neck-decolletage-lift

refuses to do business with them and yet most of the pics you see are stolen from his website.

They Prey On The Vulnerable

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, February 08, 2016

So, now they are preying on the vulnerable, getting them to raise money for them in the hope of getting better. Whether the pioneering treatment is a success or not, the modus operandi of these scammers will be to ensure where their share of the money goes...their pockets.

This is not decrying those people suffering and I wish them nothing but well and do hope that DNA / Stem Cell is the root to conquering MS....if it is, it will not be this pair that created the cure.

This is about how these scam artists pray on the vulnerable. This new facebook page...

https://www.facebook.com/792227934256885/photos/ms.c.eJw90FkOAyEMA9AbVSSQxfe~;WNsY8zPSk7MxbX2Qlb~;P3js~_TUc7MhPPzPO6jV6ys97lGkddY9FHOabf~;eW0yZwXLz~_WDvTtL8ux9v089d4y73fIs8~;x6sH8vre6~;vMaJs~_8CM3roDWP97vuLxi95Lm33704k1vJ83~;iPDfzLWP66~_7rZazfX43CWY4~-.bps.a.818496741630004.1073741828.792227934256885/818496764963335/?type=3&theater

Shows images of people I know, who are not part of their empire, nor do they have permission to use those images. This builds total distrust in what they are doing. Old images, nothing that was part of the Genesis "miracle", all of which questions the sincerity of what these people are doing.

Ask him about VAT and whether he has paid over the £32k to HMRC from a former company. He has certainly not provided the information asked for, his solicitor refuses to help him, speaks volumes for me. FRAUD

Ask him why he lied to liquidators about Medisico assets and what he did with them. FRAUD

Ask him why 14, at least, businesses of his have started and been shut down without having filed acconts. IMPROPER CONDUCT

Ask him where equipment is that belongs to suppliers and was in his possession as it was not safe - maybe you are being treated on it and are in danger yourself. FRAUD

The tail of lies and deceit will only be reinforced by others. He has been asked to provide infornation about the above on many occassions and his response is firstly to lie and then to block email access. He is so "not bothered" he created his own personal blog, www.stephensoos.com showing just how not bothered he is - so not bothered you went into pages about it - total clown. Threatening is central to his sociopathic nature. He will say, these are the ramblings of a bitter and vindictive person - I can tell you they are not, they are the truthful facts and a real man would deal with the issues and not keep creating sideshows. Come on Soos, both of you actually, man up, I will come down to Kams place.

Having your pockets at risk to this man and his equally culpable wife is one thing, putting your health in their hands too is one risk too far in my book.

What Goes Around Comes Around - Poor Soos

AUTHOR: Samantha Kutya - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, December 07, 2015

interesting that this invention was a month or so too late to benefit the £800k of Medisico shareholders or the £500k of creditors. Pity the Soos pockets had £450k through them while they sat on the greatest invention of the aesthetic age. In the words of Lord and Lady Soos, "hogwash and poppycock". They have invented nothing, they take from others, nothing more.

The reality of the benefits of this treatment are irrelevant as the pair are only interested in themselves.

There are other rip off reports about them both on here.

This pair will paint themselves as victims.....do not fall for the sob story, the deflection, the drama AND do not fall for the hope and the promise of how great tomorrow will be.

Stephen Soos is delusional

AUTHOR: WorldsOnlyScam - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, December 05, 2015

I have been following this (and other sites) for a bit.  OK so Soos

goes from "Im a victim" to "I've got the worlds only DNA test"

Which has the same name as SkinDNA. What does SkinDNA have to say about Stephen Soos's revolutionary world first:  SkinDNA-rx

This guy would sell his mothers ashes as a "miracle cure" if he could get away with it!

He and his wife are masters at taking other peoples ideas and concepts, branding them as their own, ripping off consumers all the while making a huge stain on whatever industry they touch.

Don't believe me?  Just ask any clinic owner in the UK or NZ that Medisico dealt with how they feel about therapeutic lasers or the Soos.

These two are consumate con-artists.

More to say

AUTHOR: Jim - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, November 27, 2015

After reading hogwash and poppycock again I feel I need to say more. As you can see it is both aggressive and confronting, this has been the way all responses from Mr soos have been since the day he got my money. However before I handed over the money Mr and Mrs soos couldn't do enough for me offering me and my partner meals and evenings out.

You say you have never ripped any one off in your life end off discussion ,well my friend you have beginning of discussion.iwas sold a package by both of you that nearly ruined me luckily I am a skilled business man with 30 years in  business without a complaint being made bankrupt or going into liquidation leaving several people struggling without the support they paid for. That in itself is in my eyes is a rip off once can be considered bad luck but you my friend are either extremely low in buisiness skills and intelligence or a bungling fool of a con man.  Either way you are not good at either.

You promised a web site to promote the tattoo removal buisiness as a way of closing the deal this never happened Did it. You dare me to prove it I dare you to challenge my word as you know I have proof I forwarded to you the email from you to me making this false  promise.

You promised to always have a spare machine so no one need ever be out of work.  Again I have several emails from you making this promise. It took me nearly a year of nursing a broken machine before you replaced it with a more unreliable machine then you let me pay thousands getting it repaired saying it wasn't your problem. Again I dare you to prove me wrong. You may have noticed by now I keep emails and you know what you have said.

I am a buisiness man and know we all do it for the money as well as the pride of being a success maybe you will feel that pride one day. But buying a cheap unreliable machine from China for £8000 then selling it in the UK for £33,000 with no support or interest after the money has changed hands is just greed. Again challenge me if you want but since you forced me to deal with your suppliers to repair my machine I also have an email quote from them.

You end your emails to customers with the phrase the lion does not lose sleep over the opinions of sheep!! I would like to translate this for people to I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE I RIP OFF!!

One last thing I think a good show would be a sheep going 12 rounds with a lion because I am a very aggressive sheep.

To anyone reading this I must apologise for spelling and grammatical mistakes this is not my best area.

First hand experience with both of them

AUTHOR: FirstHandExperience - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 25, 2015

To start, I narrowly avoided a catastrophe with these two shonksters. So I have not been ripped-off.  However let me make this absolutely clear:  My dealings with these two have been a nightmare.  A total, unqualified, shocking, horrible nightmare.

I have been in business a very long time.  My gut instincts guide my decisions.  When I said "No" to these two I was immediately faced with threats of posts on Rip-Off Report.

Now again, I will be absolutely clear here.  Soos did not say "Do business with me or I will post about you on ripoff report."  What he said was "How would you like it if the you found something like: blah blah blah blah blah FRAUD"  about your company on Rip-off report.

There was no room to misinterpret his intentions.

His wife was just as confronting.  Three and four page emails from her then him then her again trying anything to organise a business deal. The more they tried the more concerned I became.

The icing on the proverbial cake came when a long time business associate of mine contacted me and asked me what I thought of Soos and Genesis.  It turns out Soos had gone through my linked-in associates and used those as his next point of contact.

I then began receiving some threatening correspondence through an anonymous email service known as VISTOMAIL.

I have since done my own investigations and have spoken to businesses and individuals in the UK and New Zealand about Mr. Soos.

I think it is high time that people began to both collaborate and share information.    I urge ANYONE with any information, PDFs of emails, screen captures, receipts and the like to post them here.

As I didn't have a transaction I can't post.  And I can't post the content of our communications either because I don't want any futher mess with this d***.

Having said that, this message is for you Stephen Soos:  Do not think for a millisecond that you can antimidate me or my staff.  I will respond to your tactics with your own prescription times ten.

Don't trust them.

AUTHOR: Jim - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 25, 2015

I also have been ripped of by these two i Paid a large amount of money for a laser tattoo removal machine which turned out to be an unreliable piece of rubbish.

After a hard fight with Mr soos supplied a replacement which again failed but worse than the original. I paid an extra £2000 for a freon cooling unit. Whilst repairing one of the many faults with the machine I noticed there was no freon unit. I contacted the manufacturers who assured me they do not produce a machine with a freon unit.

When I pointed out to Mr soos this fraudulent act I received a childish angry reply then the company (medisico) the third company I had had to deal with in the two years of dealing with Mr soos Went into liquidation.

I would like to say don't be suckered in by the aparenltly lovely Mrs soos she is as crooked as her husband and just as guilty as she had explained to me without the freon unit the machine would over heat.

Stephen and Emma Soos, Genesis Clinic

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 25, 2015

Two interesting responses, they have the writing style of Mrs Emma Soos, rather than Mr Soos, either way, it is not overly relevant.

Interesting that they refer to facts as hearsay.

FACT      the details of all of their previous companies, document posted here

FACT      £450k from Medisico, into either the name of Stephen Soos, Emma Soos, Harley Medics Ltd and there are still more expenses to add in to this.

FACT      emails upon emails to support everything, you want copies, get in touch I will send them

FACT      they tell lies, they have not been backstabbed by anyone in Medisico, they had full control at all times bar 2 weeks

FACT      c£500k of creditors left out of pocket

FACT      investors have lost c£800k, the Soos pair put nothing in and their losses are ZERO

FACT      a trail of unhappy suppliers and clinics

FACT      Crystal Medical - an incorrect VAT number used, all requests ignored to prove innocence

FACT      Deposit monies in both Crystal Medical and Medisico taken and not returned to customers

FACT      they took money from colleagues "as they were broke and needed to attend appointments" and did not repay it. Within a month they spent £225k on a house....they play the pity card and the victim better than anyone.

There is so much more. This is a repetition of the last list of facts and you will note from their responses, they have ignored it. If so many people are consistently experiencing poor service, so many companies set up and liquidated without accounts, so many suppliers left out of pocket, so many people being blamed for their failings yet the only consistent pattern to it all is the name of Mr Soos and Mrs Soos.

Maybe they would like to evidence their track record of success and list those people extremely happy?

Maybe instead of being defensive and trying to deflect these stories, they could actually deal with the facts presented?

The reality is, they are on to their new venture, everyone from the past will be described as "vindictive" or "bitter". The reality is, Mr Soos and we are all LUCIDLY CLEAR on this one....no one is ever prepared to tell a lie about you, they only report the truth, they only describe their experience in your hands.... an experience that leaves other people out of pocket, yet never leaves you or your complicit wife the same. Use as many different names as you want, Elliott Hayes, Stephen Shawsh, Samantha Kutya, it is always you or Emma, WE ALL KNOW THAT.

So deal with us, reply to our emails, be a man for a change or just keep running and hiding by blocking everyone.

Please provide proof

AUTHOR: Taylor Hampton LLC - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Saturday, November 21, 2015

In the case of this transaction I would assume you contacted VISA and or your credit card provider if it is not VISA and had them cancel the transaction?  If not; please do so immediately.

While we are on the path of proving claims perhaps Genesis Clinic could reply here and refute them? I assume the previous post about "post your receipt" is from Stephen Soos himself in response to http://genesisclinic.co.uk ?

As for genesis.clinic PLEASE PEOPLE - UNDERSTAND -

The claims on the website are as follows:

Our leading edge decentralised processes allow us to painlessly harvest, isolate and process adult mesenchymal (not embryonic) stems cells directly from your body tissue.  The autologous process takes place in a safe and aseptic enclosed environment.  Our optimised cell preparation protocols enliven and activate the cells to their peak potential before introduction to the tissue site.

Stem Cell technology has evolved in quantum leaps in the last 5 years and we can now precondition cells in vitro prior to reintroducing them into your body in a highly proliferate, potent and active state,  It's like throwing millions on nano sized builders wit your DNA blueprint at your tissue.

These particular stem cells are highly potent and and have the ability to differentiate themselves into new tissue around the area applied.  This means that they literally become new skin or sub dermal tissue in their native young and healthy state.

We have 3 modes of introduction depending on the treatment type which are.

1.  Topical.

2.  Sub dermal

3.  Intra venous

The Genesis Serum incorporates both Stem Cells and PRP (Platelet rich Plasma) which is specially formulated using proprietary methods to create a medium that is rich in the ability to regenerate using natures most powerful cells, compounds and processes.

Our proprietary Stem Cell activation process then increases the potency of this serum many times and results in an “elixir vitae”, which when applied, immediately finds its way to the exact point of need and literally rebuilds your facial tissue from the inside out

------

Would any person in their RIGHT MIND permit someone with no medical training to inject (that is waht sub-dermal means) or infuse intravenously --- some "magic GENESIS SERUM"

The claims on this website are so far removed from reality it can not be anything other than a fraud.  And a very dangerous one likely to eventually kill someone

For anyone that feels they have been defrauded please do contact ActionFraud. Here is what Action Fraud says on their website:

Are you a victim of health or medical fraud?

  • You’ve bought goods thinking they were legitimate alternative forms of medicine.
  • You’ve bought healthcare products that you believed were exactly the same as another brand, but at a lower price.
  • You’ve bought goods thinking they were a miracle cure for acne, AIDS, cancer, or impotence.
  • You’ve bought pharmaceuticals online without a prescription.

What should you do if you’re a victim of health or medical fraud?

  • Report it to Action Fraud.
  • If there’s a dispute over the nature of the product and its claimed benefits, you should ask the website selling the product for held and a refund.
  • Keep all evidence of your purchase, including the goods you bought and any correspondence.
  • If you’ve already made a payment, contact your credit card company and/or bank and tell them that you may have fallen victim to a fraud. They’ll advise you on cancelling payments and ensuring your finances remain secure.
  • If you’ve already taken any medical products you are worried about, you should always visit your GP.

Protect yourself against health and medical fraud

With thousands of bogus health products for sale online, the best advice is to proceed with real caution when considering any new medicine or healthcare product.

Always talk to your GP or local pharmacist first. They’ll be able to tell you whether the product is safe and effective. If you’re managing a health condition, never stop taking a prescribed medicine, or start taking a new medicine, without speaking to your GP or pharmacist first.

If you do decide to go ahead and buy online:

  • try to avoid paying by money transfers. They aren’t secure
  • be careful when using direct banking transactions to pay for goods. Make sure transactions are secure
  • don’t send confidential personal or financial information by email.

Fraudulent health and medical websites often:

  • promise a new miracle cure or wonder breakthrough. But their products are neither tested, nor proven to work
  • offer to supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription
  • try to convince you with testimonials from satisfied customers. How do you know these testimonials are genuine? Even if they are, anecdotal evidence is no substitute for the scientific evidence that lies behind genuine medicines
  • offer no risk money-back guarantees. But, if try to get your money back, the fraudsters simply disappear
  • feature endorsements from a doctor or health professional quoting scientific evidence. But if you look more closely, you’ll see that these individuals are not affiliated to any known institution or clinical practice. Nor has their evidence been published in a recognised journal.

To help you identify a legitimate pharmacy website, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society has produced an internet pharmacy logo that acts as a visual aid for people who wish to buy medicines online. Only bona fide registered pharmacies providing professional services in Great Britain are entitled to display the logo.

You can also protect yourself from fraudsters by:

  • checking the pharmacist’s registration status
  • finding the name and address of the pharmacy operating the website. It should be connected to a genuine pharmacy at a genuine address
  • noting whether or not you are asked questions before purchasing your medicine. Registered pharmacies are required to check that a medicine is suitable for a patient before selling it. This is a form of online consultation with a health professional.

If fraud has been committed, report it to Action Fraud.

Completing the form only takes a few minutes.  I should know; I just completed one with respect to Soos and Genesis...

Excellent Post, can we see your transaction receipt ?

AUTHOR: Babefromthenorth - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Saturday, November 21, 2015

Ok, so you paid £229 for a dna test that you did not get.  No problem.  The image you posted shows you bought it on there website and you say you paid by credit card.  Excellent.  So to show that this is a valid report and not a scam to ruin someones name do the following for the rest of us and to give us peace of mind.

1.  Post the checkout receipt.  All websites give them, its the law.

2.  Post the confiration email.  All websites give them, its the law.

3.  Post the transaction on your card, blank out all other details for swecurity.

You state that when you bought this you understood it to be internatinally recognised from Austrlia.  What does that eman and where does it suggest this on the web page you have posted ?  Do you have any correspondance with this Mr Soos to show this ?   If so, please also post it on here to verify the authenticity of your claim.

If what you say is true, the this should be simple for you.

Finally, if this is true, it is fraud and this person should be arrested.  Did you report this fraud to the Police ?  If so, do you have a crime number ?  If not, can you explain why not ?  If you have the proof of purchase it is a serious offence.  You can also report it to actionfraud.co.uk, they take these crimes seriously.

Ripoffreport is a good place to report true scammers, but this looks a little suspicious and too much like character assasination.

Pkease post the above to show you and this report are genuine Nicholas.

Genesis Clinic Mr. Soos

I am confused about the reports I am hearing about Stephen Soos and Genesis Clinic

How do I know that these reports of him being a con-man are in fact real and not just the work of a disgruntled ex lover, business partner or client?

It seems unlikely he could be as horrific as this site claims.  I don't see any "Proof" just links to companies and the like.

Can someone please provide somehting more substantial other than hearsay and rumour?

#3 Consumer Suggestion

Genesis Clinic Stephen Soos

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Sunday, November 08, 2015

Defending the indefensible is a challenge all of its own and one Mr Soos and his unique mind will try to do. Diversion, drama, pity, all traits of the person.

To quote Mr Soos, "I have never rippped anyone off in my life. End of discussion"

There is only one problem with that statement, it is pure fabrication.

1 Medisico employees with unpaid expenses, as the business "could not afford them", while he never went without a penny. £13k on first class train, £2k on Uber cabs, £4.5k on entertaining (where many of the meals were their kids) - the only place this is evidenced is on Medisico bank statements, so clearly that is made up. They feel ripped off, especially where they see the money has gone.

2 Medisico consultants with over £20k outstanding in expenses for agreed activities. As per 1 above, the Soos pair benefitted by over £450k during their time running the business. There are a number of consultants with expenses remaining outstanding upon the liquidation of the business. With complete irony, as the business was due to be liquidated, he managed to create some £70k in monies owed to him, most of it for rent on his house, that each of the removed FDs stated "no permission granted, nor would it have been". They feel ripped off and when they raised the matter with the Soos pair, they get blocked on email and ignored.

3 potential clinics paid £1000 to go through the elaborate due diligence process. FUlly refundable, only at least 8 remain out of pocket, unpaid, money not returned, they feel ripped off. They handed over money in good faith and did not have it returned.

4 clinics were offered a "money back guarantee". At least 3 tried to cancel, they were diverted, delayed, potentially breaching "trading insolvent" laws and all are out of pocket, total over £100k. They feel ripped off. In a year they had no, zero, nil, nothing in terms of revenue and customers referred to them.

5 some clinics did carry out treatments from the handful of referrals that did happen. Have they been paid for those treatments in full.....how about NO!!! They feel ripped off.

6 "if your machine incurs a fault (the only exclusion being malicious and deliberate damage) it will be replaced without question".....there are a number of clinics where this simply did not happen. The "its not our fault", "you damaged the machine", "operator error" were typical excuses but the service promise was not delivered upon. Some clinics do not even have keys for some machines, so cannot use them. Do they feel ripped off?

7 £100k of losses to a lease company direct. When repossessing their equipment, which functioned perfectly the week before, Mr Soos switched working equipment and delivered one of the units back faulty, keeping the functioning one for himself. Non delivery on service promises to clinics who signed up to leases. Do they feel ripped off? Yes.

8 Assets belonging to the business, withheld by him. When he lost the tender, he refused to hand them back. When challenged again, he said he had sold them "for cash on Gumtree". Now, as a director, both of those actions are a direct breach of fiduciary duty, something he knows well from his aggressive conduct towardspeople he removed from the business. Do they feel ripped off? Yes.

9 consultants phoned and asked for cash "to attend appointments as I have no money and we can not feed the children". WHen money was paid over, he did not repay it in full and then only repaid half of it from the business, not his personal pocket. Do they feel ripped off? Yes.

10 "consumable tips" lied to about "price increases", charges made for handsets that were warranty items and though supplied by Medisico, invoiced from a different entity than Medisico whilst it was entering liquidation, surprisingly an entity Mr and Mrs Soos were directors of. Ripped off?

This is not exhaustive, with regards to Medisico, but it gives you a flavour. This is the nature of the beast unfortunately. He will tell you it was not him, it was others, it was done behind his back, it was everyone else...the CEO did not know? Really?

So is this all isolated and out of character. Attached is a breakdown of previous directorships, Make up your own mind.

Crystal Medical - emails still held from customers who paid deposits and had no machines delivered and when they tried to cancel, simply got lies and "poppycock" in return. The business was run through his personal bank account and he has yet to provide a full breakdown of its activity to other directors, whom he kept totally in the dark. He was asked why he had submitted a false VAT number for invoices. He was asked to provide full VAT breakdowns for the £42k of VAT owed and simply responded with aggression. This information, today, still remains outstanding. Clinics also had quality issues over equipment and out of 9 lease agreements, the finance company concerned had 6 default due to "service and quality" issues.

Sigma Cryotec - double funding vehicles.

What you can guarantee, is that there will be more.

Customers, clinics, employees, consultants, suppliers, HMRC, PAYE - you name it, all of them out of pocket. The only ones not out of pocket....you have a guess.

Now, of course, non of the above could ever be true in the mind of the Soos pair, it will all have been someone else's fault. It is pure coincidence that Mr and / or Mrs Soos, were directors of these various businesses. They will not have known, they have not benefitted and yet they claim people would make up all of this "poppycock" about them.

Always a drama, always a story, this next chapter will make interesting reading.

POSTED: Friday, November 06, 2015

As you can see Andrea (Canada) is Mr Soos. You will note the angry and aggressive tone. This is typical of the man.

His latest mess with Medisico has a large number of clinics that will complain totally about the lack of service received. They are also aware that his and his wife's pockets were lined with £450k and while he was borrowing money from people in the business pleading poverty, he managed to find over £100k to put towards a house...meanwhile the business went into liquidation with £100s of £1000s owed to creditors and £600k of shareholders out of pocket.

Assets of a business sold for "cash", lies constantly told to people, items still unaccounted for. He lost nothing in Medisico as he put nothing in.

14 or so previous businesses, all liquidated, no accounts with many questions unanswered.

The whole New Zealand story will be what he wants you to believe it is. Why would someone be so venomous if no incident at all had happened.

The story of pity and "it was someone else's fault" is a consistent theme.

When he does not want to hear the truth, he blocks people as he does not want to listen to them telling him how wrong he was.

The advice from £600k of Medisico shareholders, 20+ clinics that you have let down and people who have given you far too much time and money out of their lives than you deserve for the aggravation, aggression and trouble you leave in return is this ...DO NOT TRY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

As for Genesis, if the poster has paid money and lost it, been given false hope and been lied to, then when challenging it been greeted with aggression and venom, I would be inclined to agree this is not a unique experience.

POSTED: Monday, November 02, 2015

I have never rippped anyone off in my life. End of discussion. There are some people out there that seem to want to spread nasty rumours about me.  Yes I was in New Zealand and no I never took any persons money at all without giving great customer service or great products.  Every consumer got their goods and no one was left without a product or service they didn't pay for.

Anyone that feels they haven't got their product or service from ANY of my businesses in the past I challenge you to post your contact details and proof HERE.  Post an scan of an invoice, or proof of payment if you can.

You can't because these constant lies are exactly that. Lies.

Come on - prove it now. I dare you.  If you can't prove your claim then please don't waste your time posting rubbish on sites like this.
