 Construction Scammer, Fraud, Con Artist, Crappy Workman I hired a Rolando Sanchez, who represented he was the owner of General Contracting Service, to do my 2,500sft tenant’s remodeling in my commercial building. Rolando give an estimate for installing drywall, new electrical, build a restroom with commercial toilet and sink, and finishing all new drywall throughout to tape and floating and painting, to pass the inspection. In addition he charged me to redo the complete Roof, which the roof was leaking after the job was done. This man low balled the total job in order to get the work. He brought in a Mexican man to hang the sheetrock then he himself came in to finish the work. The job was required 3 weeks to be completed. However, whenever I was giving this man advance money, he was disappeared for several days, because he was doing another job for someone else.

It took him nearly 4-month and not even ½ job was done. He did an awful job. Then demanded payment for a job unfinished and shoddily done, and never completed the electrical. All he did call me that he needed more money every Friday, without showing positive action. When I questioned the work and commented that the work was terrible and unfinished, after that many month I was told “coward”, he walked off the job without returning key to my building, and returned at latter time, when I was not there, and stole all the materials that he purchased for me, including all my tools, latter, new door, and every property belonged to me. This man forced me to hire another contractor, who had to demolish the Rolando’s shoddy work.

In researching him, I found that the He handed me a business card with no address and he handed his client an estimated of a piece of paper that copied his business card, with a fake address, and fake company name. There is no such General Contracting Service anywhere in any official capacity has been registered. I am filling this complaint to prevent more victims from Rolando Sanchez who has a behavior as a thieve, scammer, rip-offs and Fraud.
