General Information Services GIS False Report Chapin Nationwide

 I accepted a job offer and put in my two weeks to accept a new position. The Friday prior to me starting on that Monday the Human Resources contacted me to tell me that there were several red flags that causes them to not move forward with my employment. I received a letter from GIS that was the background check they sent to that employer. The name on the report was not my name, the woman that is on the report is in jail serving 9 yrs as of 2013. I now have no job due to the negligence of GIS. I made sure they had the correct information by confirmation with an employee at GIS, not sure what type of search they ran but it is not my information they reported to the employer. I have filed a dispute and that takes 10-15 days and now the position is filled. I've called to expedite the process however the manager Mark never returns calls. Being that this company has been sued for this before you'd think they would tighten up and pay more attention but they don't. I feel due to lost wages, defamation of character & negligence I deserve compensation!
