soon after filing a small claim's action against GM, i also was contacted by their in question legal staff. if this ever happen's to you, don't volunteer information to them. first of all they already have been served and that's all they need to know. (these people phised info. from me and when i told them it was over intake gasket, and related issue's the conversation quickly ended. GM was served on 1-25-06 and was to appear in court on 3-08-06. i was told by a no name attorney, that GM would never show up, because if the judge awarded me a judgment, this would be an addmission of guilt on GM. they would then perhaps, have to repair millions of others. well guess what? yesterday on 3-06-06 the court notified me, that GM had asked this case be heard, in a higher court, requiring high priced attorny's, delay,s and other tatic's there famous for. they (GM) know you more than like'ly will back down, and once again they win by default. these people (GM) are playing the old were broke card, while still paying huge bonus'es to their executive's, to pacify, what's left of the once feared and powerful UAW. no company can continue to mistreat customer's, build inferior product's, and expect to that way forever. The american's have taught japan well, except JAPAN took it one step further, and have shown us perfection, at our own expense. I'm ashamed of GM and embarrassed, to have been a loyal customer for so many years. I now understand why people are purchasing, non GM product's, and will now do the same. I was taught that you REAP WHAT YOU SOW ! and they certainly have done that well. It is my belief, that GM will still file bankruptcy, just as they planned, when the moment is right. I intend on ridding myself of all Gm investments, before it's too late. Have a good day and see the USA in your ch------- no Chys---
