General Moving Solutions, LLC Bad mover service Youngstown, Ohio

When we made a reservation with General Moving Solutions, LLC, "Jeff" promised that he would do a good job for us. We thought we were in good hands. On the day of moving, "Jeff" called and told us that he was unable to come and he sent someone else. We said we understood that. The movers were supposed to arrive at 1 pm but no one showed up. The movers called us and told us that they would arrive in 30 minutes.  30 minutes passed and we still did not see the movers. We called "Jeff" and he said his movers would arrive in 25 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and the movers still not arrived.  We called "Jeff" again and he said his movers were very close to us. When we talked to the movers, they said they were in a town which was one and one-half hour away from us. They also admitted that they were lost. We could not believe it! Movers cannot find their customers. That's unheard of. The truck we ordered arrived hours ago.  While waiting for the movers, the storm arrived.  In other words, we missed the perfect time to load the truck. While the rain was pouring with thunders, we received a call from HireaHelper saying General Moving Solutions, LLC canceled our order.  For future customers, we advise you not to use General Moving Solutions, LLC. They are neither competent nor reliable.  Moreover, they are unethical and unprofessional.
