88 yr old man had alzheimers and dementia,90,000.00 in bank,home paid,car paid,some small debts  - credit with all he wanted or needed had his home stolen from generation mortg. in atlanta.    no counseling,alone,2 men came to his home alone.     no letter from dr. stating he was competent,no family or friends present, he did not even understand what he had signed.   generation would not give document to him or family showing the contract details.    they sold mortg. to champion or nationstar who are now in a federal class action suit over fraud and etc.
