On March 14th I ordered phentremine from this company. Two weeks later, I contacted them and the product had still not been sent. They later said they sent it on March 26th. As of April 18th, I still had not recieved product. When I called (and waited more than 30 minutes)the company, they said I had to wait until the 18th business day after shipment before they could resend it. This is not what their policy states and I read their policy for them, she said to call back the next day.
On the 19th, I attempted to call 4 times. The first 2, the number stated it was busy. The third time I waited 45 minutes and gave up. The forth time I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes and still no answer, just constant hold. I have e-mailed several time and just get a generic e-mail back. When you click on the live chat, you get a message that all operators and busy and to leave a message. This place is FRAUD and operates under various names. BEWARE!
The company operates under vaious names such as: generic pharmacy.us and bestmedspharma.com and brandpills.com

Since I have been called a liar by a previous post, I feel I need to state a couple of facts. I am not an agent, employee or in any other way connected to the company. I am a customer only. I have received no compensation or discounts for my review. My first experience was positive and I have now received a second order from the company without delay. My first order was very small because I was concerned about being ripped off. The orders were delivered by USPS. Believe it or not, I ordered online, received the product, and was satisfied.

you are a liar!!!! in my opinion. U reek of self preservation of your website . U cannot deliver a controlled substance thru fedex ups usps anymore without FDA APPROVAL . YOU A SCAM AND GOT CAUGHT!!!

My original shipment was lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and quickly received a response to wait approximately 24 days from shipment. I contacted customer service again at 24 days. Another shipment was made the next day. I received the product within two weeks. I only used email contacts so I cannot comment on the phone service, but the email support was very timely, polite and efficient. Most reviews of this company on other sites have been excellent, which is why I chose to use them. I have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
