Auto Mechanical Genesee Shell Automobile Smog Brake & Lamp Inspection Repair

I bought a vehicle from a individual named John Martin, who is a Mechanic at Genesee Shell ( Automobile Smog Brake & Lamp Inspection Repair) said "he just rebuilt the engine approxemently 6 months ago and that the engine was fine and he qauranteed that the engine was good I only paid $2000.00 for the vehicle so I did not care about the looks, although there was no dents, or rust it did need a paint job, I knew that and was fine with that I just told him I wanted a realiable work truck. He garaunteed this vehicle was in excellent running conditions. Considering the fact that he was a mechanic I took his word for it and purchased the truck.

I then brought the truck home and had it sanded and painted which cost a pretty penny, then I drove my new work truck to work getting to work was not a problem , getting home did not happen the truck over heated , I stopped it immediately, and had it towed home. I then had another mechanic come over to see what the problem was the engine was blown, it needs new rods,pistons,heads were cracked, water was in the oil in other words I need a new engine.

I then contacted John Martin at his place of business Genesee Shell, and he said "oh you must of over heated it" I drove the truck a total of 12 miles, and now I need a new engine he told me he would call me and work something out that was a week ago I still have not heard from him , and now I really dont know if I want too.

This is my story. and I want other's to be aware of his deceiving mannor.
