Genesis Media Labs - "white Van Scam" got ripped off in a parking lot known as the "white van scam" Macedonia Ohio

Ok my story is the same as everybody elses. if you want to read it, go ahead, every time i read this happening to another person it pisses me off even more. so i went down to lowes to get some supplies for a project. well i parked and started heading towards the door when these 2 guys in a dark blue brand new looking pickup truck with a tonneau cover yelled over to me "hey, you want an audio system for almost free? we got 2 in the back dude we can give it to you for almost nothing" so, being the dumbass i am, i said sure ill take a look. so he parks over by my truck, these 2 guys one is pretty big with a grey shirt cant remember other guy, and open up the back and they got 3 boxes in there. one is surround sound system, 2 of em are tower speakers. so they tell me all the crap about it, tell me "yeah man our boss ordered too many so he told us we could have this one to sell or do whatever with. and we have to go pick up our other order real soon and if we take these back and the guy sees them there, he has more seniority over us so he will take it for himself." so im like yeah ok i get it. then for some reason this moron is like " my nipples are hard its cold out here". im thinking whatever these guys are such losers. so then they go to tell me how great they are, "the tower speakers are like the ones in movie theaters", they open surround system up and shows me stuff inside, asks me if i know how good a 2000 watt system is like im supposed to be impressed. so im like yeah yeah how do i know this is real this is crap, he shows me the box and on the box it has written under barcode mrsp of $3999.00. i was like wow thats an expensive system, the guy gets out his magazine too and shows me same system, magazine says $3999.00 too. the thing that really made me believe this was the fact that the prices looked really legit. dont fall for that s**t some how they do it and its all a scam. so he goes and gets his little order form to show me they ordered too many. he says" just make me an offer man im sure we'll take it". im like no way i dont have any where near $4000. he says "no not close to $4000 but ill take it if you offer it, but really man just offer me anything". what they do is try to act like they are friends with you, all crap. so im like yeah i have maybe $100 with me. hes like well you can get $150 from the bank and well take it. sounded great to me. so i say "300 then is what you want for this?" hes like well make it $400 so we can split the money. so i get cash and as we are walking back he is like can we get $20 each for our bar tabs tonight man, im like whatever fortunately all i had was $25. so they drive away and im thinking great ill turn around and sell this crap for some extra cash. too bad for me. i get home and research it and guess what i found. all of it is worth jack s**t. do yourself a favor and do not fall for this, and if you see this happening get their license plates and report them asap! the system is crap i tried it and now have no idea what to do with it!
