Beware, they do not honor refunds!
When you first visit their site, they say they have a refund policy. After ordering a test kit, I was informed that the other party in a Paternity test no longer wanted to participate. I tried calling the company, they said product had already shipped, and because it was purchased online, there would be no refund (prior to receiving package). I denied receipt of package, and called them again - same story - no refund (even though their site offers a form to fill out and send back). I tried having American Express fight this, but they just tell the credit card company that they do have a policy - but as soon as you try talking to them or sending a refund letter - they just tell you you are out of luck. I don't mind a restock/shipping fee for their time, but they refuse to give back a single dollar. Beware of this Company!!!
