My husband boorowed $300, from this company, in return he will have to repay $390. We got the loan back in October of 2007, since we could not pay the entire lona off, the proceeded to take out $90, every 2 weeks. We finally paid the entire amount of $390. on April 4th of this year(2008). I faxed over a letter like the lady asked stating that this would be the last and final withdraw, and i have the proof. Last week that took $390 form our account again, after it had been paid off causing an overdraft fee, because it wasnt in the bank. therereprsntatives are very rude, they act like they dont care, after making several calls throughout the day, as well as getting my bank on the phone with them they agreed to pay the Nsf fee, and t get my accoount out of the negative, that was just two days ago, I called my account to day and they took out another $390 from my account, now when I call they can'tiunderstand what happen, and that they have to look into even after I went to the bank and faxed the statement over, as well as calling the bank with the on the line agian, and they still couldn't credit my account. They said they i have to wait until they geet things straightend out, this is causing other bills to be kicked back and more NSF fees, I have also file a complaint on another site lawcash.com in which there are many others who are being ripped off.

Marcella Wilson is the Lending Department Operations Manager. She has a say in anything negative going on in this department. She is very un professional and promotely trying to keep the owner rich. Marcella Wilson demands that the lending department lie to the customers by telling them we have a verification service indicating they have a debit card associated with the checking account and we need the 16 digit #, Expiration date and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. This information is solely for the collection department to be able to continue to take funds out of the customer's account without their consent and with out having to contact the bank using the routing & checking account information. She is constantly thinking of ways to rip off customers, if you have a complaint about the lending department, file all complaints towards Marcella Wilson.
