The meeting and presentation was pretty much the same garbage that you get at all the MLM meetings but one thing that stuck in my mind was Mr. Talyor. He seemed to be a very straight forward and honest individual and when he announced to everyone in the meeting that "GeneWize is the only Network Marketing Company in the world that offers a 90 day unconditional refund", I believed him... He went on to say that if you join GeneWize and for any reason you decide not to continue with the program that they will return all of your investment, minus $100 for the DNA test...

I went ahead and paid my $593.14 and a month later received my DNA Testing Kit and a box of CD and some brochures... It took them another month to process my Kit and send me my first month of Supplements... By that time I was off doing other projects and just didn't have the time to work the GeneWize business.

I called GeneWize Customer Service and that's where the problem really started... It took three calls to finally get someone to call me back and the information they gave me on how to process a refund was totally wrong and it took another three phone calls to finally get to the head of the refund department who knew less than the first idiot I talked to...

I was told my refund would be credited in seven to ten days and I should look for it on my Credit Card statement... Three weeks later, after more phone calls, I was told that they couldn't process my refund because they were waiting to get my Distributor kit back... No one had ever mentioned that until then...

I sent the Distributor Kit back and was then told that my refund would be issued... The next day I got an email stating that $181.58 had been credited to my Credit Card... It took two more days to contact the refund department who gave me the biggest line of BS I ever heard...

What she admitted was the 90 Day Unconditional Guarantee was really not what it says it is... She then went on to tell me all the things they deduct from the original amount of $593.14... They even deducted a commission I had earned by bringing someone else into the business, who I might add, is still in the business and making them money...

How they got from $593.14 to $181.58 is still a mystery but it is not the point... Not only did Mr. Taylor stand up at a meeting and tell everyone about the 90 day unconditional refund but it is also on their website in three different places...

I have tried to call Mr. Taylor on numerous occasions since this happened and he refuses to take my calls... I guess my original assessment of Mr. Taylor was wrong and he has proven himself to be a liar and a cheat....

Moral to the story... Stay away from GeneWize Life Sciences and remember this... they are a Publically Traded Company 'GNLK'... Please don't buy any of their stock...
