HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER...I am so disappointed!! We made a deposit on December 26 and they came and dug the hole on January 16 and they collected the next draw. They were at the door collecting the money three days later. The construction manager is extremely rude. I have never been treated to so rudely. I guess it is ok when you are the owner’s son and once they take your deposit you are sort of stuck. They can treat you like s***!! Who is going to do anything NO ONE!!! Well here I am March 4 and nothing else is done… what happened to finishing in three months. Two neighbors contracted with other companys after me and are farther along. Called again today to see where they are at... not at my place. Today is March 5 all I have is a hole in the ground. Do not use them! They are the worst co out there.

I just wanted to mention that Genie Has robbed around 100 familys and taken their money. There is a video that was on TV about them. My pool has never been finished nor do I believe they will never finish it they took our money and started another pool company call Professional Pool co. Watch out for they names Liz, Gabe, and Ricardo Guardia the owner and his children that have now taken our money to start another pool co. Look up Help me Howard They did a Tv report about them stealing everyone's money and not finishing the pool. Stay away from PROFESSIONAL POOLS BUILDERS. same company as Genie!
