After visiting their web site for geniuscameras.com today to look at Canon Rebel XT cameras, which was indicated as an in stock item. When I contacted the 800 number to inquire on availability, I was told that the cameras are out of stock. Why not indicate that they are out of stock on your web site.
They are deceiving customers regarding availability of products and accepting payment information from unsuspecting customers that will never receive their purchases. I have reported this firm to the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney's office in New York as well as contacting Canon to report this irregular business activity.
In addition to this firm, www.geniuscameras.com watch out of RoyalCamera.com, www.USAPhotoNation.com and www.BestPriceCameras.com. You will be lured as I was by the pricing, then you don't receive the merchandise or they contact you after you have submitted payment to tell you the camera doesn't include many of the standard accessories.
