To Whom It May Concern:?
I am furious and extremely disappointed in this website, ?products distribution and false advertisment. ?
This website advertised 7 days worth of free power bars with the 15 day supply ?of drink mix. They also offered a $25 gift card from WalMart as well. I signed ?up and also asked my friend to sign up as well. Now we have both been told that ?the candy bars are only "while supplies last". No where on the site does it state ?that information. The gift card is non-existant too. ?
The operator on the phone line (Ray Barbone 866-360-1477) states that the ?company never offered the $25 WalMart gift card and that he has no ?knowledge of this offer. He also told me that he has never seen their website or what they offer. He also informed me that this company, Genix Labs ?more than likely already has an issue with the Better Business Bureau and to call ?them would be futile. As he stated, he will only be there to work until the ?summer and then he is out of there. Why in the world does their customer ?service rep feel the need to tell me his ups and downs with his job? The ?company is a joke. ?
I was asked to call Tony Schlokaum tomorrow and express my complaints to him. ?This is ridiculous to take advantage of consumers in this manner. I and my ?friend plan to report your company to the Better Business Bureau due to the ?issues that we have experienced. I have canceled my order times 10! This whole thing is ?nothing but a hoax! ?
