I was contacted by Mr. Glenn Mosser of Liberty league following an inquiry I had mde via the internet. He was imediately impressed by my background experience in sales, marketing and training of callcenter sales representative. I am currently General Manager of four call centers in a different industry.

I was in search of an opportunity that would enable me to cut back my long work hours and allow me to spend more time with my five year old and new born child.

By the third email he sent me, he initiated the "unethical recruiting ". He Told me that he had invested alot of money into magazine and internet advertising and that if I jumped on board by his deadline, BECAUSE OF MY HIGH CALIBER" EXPERIENCE, he would guarantee me the fourth and final position in the adversting coop at his expense that he was launching. Every email after that was pushing the deadline of the ads and his promise to enter me into it. (I have all the emails and have forwarded them to the complaince department at Liberty League)

Now anyone familiar with lead generation knows that to purchase "good" leads, it cost "alot" of money. So I figured, well maybe this gentlement who claims to be a six figure earner in another network marketing company see's the potential in me and is sincere in what he is offereing.I figured the $1520 ivestment would be worth the opportunity to obtain a position in his advertising strategy.

HE LIED!!!!!

To start off, he held my money for two weeks before submitting my order to Liberty League, claiming it was Liberty league that was delaying my delivery, I found that very odd being that they charge an extra$25 for UPS delivery. After two weeks, I was on a call with the Summit advisor assigned to me and mentioned this to him after which he contacted the compliance dept. at Liberty League that said they never received my order and Guess what, I received the package two days later. Glenn Mosser's excuse was "family problems" delayed my enrollment.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to focus on making money and waiting pateintly for his "COOP" to launch. Every inquiry I made was respoded to with "we wil build on both sides of the fence" get your own advertising going and the "coop" wil kick in later. Well I did, I started placing ads, buying leads and working the program as described in the training section of my Liberty League website. Having no luck with enrolling people did not discourage me at all, I amin the telemarketing business, I know closing ratios. I did this while recovering from surgery and taking care of my five year old that broke her leg on fathers day.

oh, by the way, his focus on me slowly diminished as the weeks went by, after all, he got my money and knew he would never deliver on his promise. He takes sometimes weeks to reply to emails and is now accusing me of not working the program. And that I am not worthy of his leads.

He never "required" anything of me before except that I enroll by his deadline, now he says I don't deserve his leads because they are to "HOT". Am I not the same "HIGH CALIBER" person before you you stole my money??? I don't deserve the leads now???

I submitted a request via Paypal for him to reimbuse me what I think is fair. $1000, his commission on my enrollment. As far as I am concerned, Liberty league followed through with their commitment, GLENN MOSSER DID NOT and I want my money. I am already initiating several inquiries through state agencies, Liberty League, credit card company and paypal to obtain what he has stolen from me.

It is quite clear that his promise to enroll me is what pushed me over the "not sure" line and decide to join. He found my hot button and pushed it, unfortunate for him that he is not dealing with someone that will just write off their losses.

I WILL PERSUE HIM ALL THE WAY TO BEAVERCREEK OHIO IF I HAVE TO, TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

NOW MR. MOSSER I ASK YOU, IS IT WORTH LYING AND STEALING FROM PEOPLE WHEN YOU KNOW THAT WITH THE POWER OF THE INTERNET, ATTORNEY GENERALS, CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ( I PAID YOU BY CREDIT CARD, YOU DID NOT HONOR MY PURCHASE 100%, THIS IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND A FEDERAL OFFENSE SIR!!), SMALL CLAIMS COURTS, COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENTS,
..... AND ME PERSONALLY! YOU WILL LOSE!!!!

BE A MAN AND MAKE THIS RIGHT. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL CONTINUE ON MY PATH, YOU ON THE OTHER HAND, SOONER OR LATER, STEALING FROM PEOPLE IS DIHONEST AND IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU.

Joe Neid

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 06, 2007

Scam artist Joe Neid went from Liberty League to Emerald Passport where soon after arriving he was put on the morning "Coffee Calls". He soon started his psychotic, hyper, insane sounding, ranting. He brought with him to Emerald Passport a phone system, Prolink.

All members, if they wanted to employ the(previously always free)company conference calls in their recruiting were now REQUIRED to join Prolink and PAY 45.00 per month. I am still wondering HOW MUCH Joe & Emerald Passport got on EVERY forced subscription to this. I think Emerald Passport made 25.00 on each forced subscriber minus Joe Neids cut.

On Thur 4/5/07 I received an email from the megalomanic psycho, Ellie Drake pushing Jim Rivas' conference call that night. I do like Rivas and find him straitforward. He is newly involved in a new prelaunch, Life Path Unlimited.

Guess who one of the co-founders of Life Path is? Joe Neid (The Mega BS Artist Himself)beware of anything this scam artist is involved in. The ripoffs will be coming.

Another LLI all time top income earner, ALAN NETTLES has left Liberty League for another business .JAY KUBASSEK, LEHMAN HAILEY

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 15, 2006

I have found through more research that another top LLI income earner named ALAN NETTLES has now left Liberty League for the same new venture that JAY KUBASSEK, LEHMAN HAILEY, and other former LLI members have jumped boat to.

From what I have gathered, Mr. ALAN NETTLES held the LLI all time high record for most money earned in one month which has not been surpased in several years by anyone in the company. He was with Liberty League for several years before leaving. He was at the very top of the top income earners.

So why the heck would a person of this stature leave Liberty League for another venture if everything is supposed to be what it's craked up to be? Is it the bad publicity the company must be facing with the recent Arizona Attorney General issue? Did these top income earners find a new business far superior than that of Liberty League? Something is definately driving these top income earners away for them to leave Liberty League for something new. No, they are not retiring. If they where retiring, they would not have high raking Google ads with new non LLI websites promoting their new opportunity when you Google "Liberty League" or "Liberty League International". Since they have left, it's now likely that people within their own organisation in Liberty League will follow them and leave LLI also.

ALAN NETTLES now also has a new non LLI website similar JAY KUBASSEK'S with the same photos of the same people in which he talks about his top income earner status "with that company" meaning Liberty League. He never mentions the name Liberty League, but from what I have gathered it's Liberty League that he is reffering to as "that company" that he was a top income earner in. He was with Liberty League for several years before he jumped boat and left it for what he's doing now with JAY KUBASSEK.

Folks, the question must be asked. Why the heck are most of the top income earners like JAY KUBASSEK and ALAN NETTLES jumping boat and leaving Liberty League for another new venture?

If you are considering Liberty League, it would be wise to find out why most of the top income earners are leaving what you might be considering joining in. What's driving them to leave and join a new business? It only makes sense to ask yourself this if you are thinking of getting involved.

It would be great if any of the above former LLI members who have jumped boat and left Liberty League would come on this page and give their reasoning, weather good or bad, but I doubt that will happen.

Let's Be Perfectly Clear

AUTHOR: Forrest - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 05, 2006

Let's get it right. All of Liberty League Associates are independent business people. The policy at LLI is clear about ethical business practices. Any associate not complying may be terminated.

I speak for myself, an LLI Independent Accociate.
I have read the compliance guide, and I see nothing but a first class business opportunity for anyone who has a true desire, and passion to succeed in life. This is not for whiners and babies seeking a security blanket.

Ultimately, your life is what it is now based on your own choices. You may choose to accept the risk of making your own wealth, or settle for the "security" of working for someone elses. It's all about you accepting personal responsibility for your own life. It's all about attitude. Are you positive or negative? you decide.

Happily gainfully unemployed.

Several of top income earners in LLI have now left the company.

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 04, 2006

Me again. For the last several days I had been doing some more extensive due dilligence on the company.

Top income earner Jay Kubassek has left Liberty League for another venture recently. Some of the people featured on his new non LLI website like Lehman Hailey also used to be in LLI. Lehman Hailey was in LLI as recent as July 2006 and has also jumped boat leaving LLI behind for something else also along with Jay.

If you Google "Liberty League", you will see Jay Kubassek's new non LLI Google ad appear at the very top of the results page right below the search box. His Google heading says "Considering LL? Read this. Find out where most top income earners went."

"LL" stands for Liberty League because you can't use the company's name directly on Google ads, so all those ads you see on Google when you type "Libery League or Liberty League International" say "LL". He's talking about most of the top income earners in LLI leaving the company. I learned that Jay Kubassek was a top income earner in LLI himself, and was a featured guest speaker at several of their live events. He was making around 30 Beyond Freedom Sales a month. He was doing so well, that he got to a point where he just stopped doing the daily business activities such as prospecting (calling people on the phone about the opportunity) himself and instead just sat back and concentrated only on helping his people qualify and bring in their qualifying reffered training sales to pay him. He twice won the company's top sales raffle award. One was a Jeep Liberty that he won.

But here is the thing, I learned that Jay Kubassek had to go out on his own, and really do a lot of work and figuring out how to do proper lead generation to achieve serious results. He had to go out and really figure out this lead generation aspect on his own. Obviously the company training must not have been teachin it if he had to go out and figure it out himself.

What you are told to do by the company to do is place newspaper ads, buy leads from lead vendors, and recruit friends and family or local strangers you come across during daily activities. But Jay Kubassek, now has a new non LLI website where he says that you should "Run, Run Fast" from any company who says that you need to place newspaper classified ads, buy leads, recruit friends and family, or even have to pass up any traning sales to anyone before you begin to make money yourself, ect. This is EXACTLY how LLI works. And here we have a former LLI top income earner who was in LLI for several years and left the company recently saying to "Run, Run Fast" form any companies who do this. He also says to stay away from companies with bad or public relations as that can bring down a company quickly. Liberty League was fined $115,000 by the Arizona attorney general earlier this year. Now it's posted all over the internet by a bunch of different people on messege boards, and other websites. This court settlement even appears on the top 5 spots high up on Google and in the top 10 spots in Yahoo for results in "Liberty League International". A lot of people doing their research are going to be finding this. That can't be good.

In wanted to really find out more about Liberty League and what's is going on behind the curtains, ect. I'm just tired of all the games, the gimmicks, and the hype out there when looking for the ideal company. There is a lot of garbage out there. I have pesonally spoken with and questioned numerous former LLI associates who have also left the company and gone on to other ventures. I came in contact with these individuals simply by coming across messeges on the internet that they had left, leaving a phone or e-mail, and inviting anyone who wanted to know why they left LLI to contact them directly while I was researching about LLI on the internet. I wanted to find out more about the company from people who where actually in the company and did the business I was condisering myself. Someone who had an inside view and experience that new people considering joining like myself did not have. It only makes sense to me to do this.

I will summarize below the main points that these former LLI associates told me about the company from their experience. Each was in the business for about 2 years or so. Each one at least purchased and attended the $7,995 Liberty Conference at least one time. Some made some money, others made nothing at all and instead lost money in the end. Some of the info on the company I found on this very website. So excuse me if any of it seems repetivive or similar from other people who have alredy posted on this site about LLI have said. I gathered alot of the info about LLI posted on messege boards and presented a lot of my finding to these former LLI associates. I wanted to prove or dispell many of these statements. I wanted to seperate the bull and the nonsense from the facts. Some of what I found on messege boards was false bull or personal opinion and speculation, but not all of it. Some was true according to these former LLI associates.

I have never been in LLI at any time, I am not associated with LLI, nor do I have any ties or relations with anyone in LLI. Here's basically what I have gathered in my search for due dilligence before joining.

Brent and Shane the co founders, did not launch LLI in 2001 by all by themselves. Another man named Tim Darnell was involved as well in some way. He departed soon after. Tim Darnell is the founder of another company called Advantage Conferences, which is another personal development company still in operation today that also markets pesonal development ideology and conferences.

Late last year, Brent and Shane fired without notice, a man named Joe Neid. Joe, who from what I have been told by former LLI associates used to be the founder's right hand man essentially. The voice and personality of Libery League. Much liked by many. Joe used to conduct the live daily training calls and their morning "wake up calls" as they call them. He was heavily involved at the corporate levels and even organized, overlooked, and put together LLI's conference events as well. He was first hired and brought into the company to revamp the stuggling company. LLI was just getting by financially at the time and was even bouncing checks. Joe took LLI from barely getting by financially to annual revenues of about $20 million dollars. When Joe was fired, he was given no consideration or notice from Brent or Shane. He was fired by e-mail, not even by a phone call. On the wake up calls, one day he was there, the next day he was gone and never heard from again on the calls. Replaced on the calls with a top income earner. No explenation or reasoning was given as to his sudden absense to the associates. Only a generic mass company wide email was sent to each LLI associate falsely saying that Joe had decided to move on to other ventures and leave the company. He was acually fired, he did not choose to leave the company. He was fired without notice and by e-mail.

Joe is now hosting the training wake up calls in another company with a similar compensation plan called Emerald Passport, just like he used to do in LLI.

Some associates in the company are questioning the financial decisions being made at the corporate levels by the founders. I have learned that Brent bought a house in Arizona that he paid somewere in the range of $5 million dollars for. He then spent more than $20 million dollars just to put in a personal music recording studio in this same house. I was given this same exact story by two different people who did not know each other.

Some of the top income earners in the company own the lead vendor companies and a splash page service that the company recommends to all new LLI associates to buy leads from as they join the business. They are John and Shannon Lavenia who are also the top income eaners and have several thousand people under their personal organization, and Don Glanville another top income earner. No one mentions this though.

That $115,000 Arizona attorney general court settlement of this year that is posted around the internet was initiated by former LLI associates who according to them ended up in substantial debt after purchasing the company's expensive products and conference tickets (which cost $1,495, $7,995, and $12,995 each) then making few or no profits from the business before running out of money to continue. I am told that LLI has claimed that the former LLI associates who caused that $115,000 court setttlement were told to do so by people in Emerald Passport and other competitors. Either way, the attorney general in Arizona ruled against the company.

Some time ago, the company sent out generic companywide emails to each LLI associate threatening termination of anyone who is caught using auto dialers. An auto dialer is a marketing technique that will automatially send out a mass delivery of your advertising phone messege to people's phone numbers who never contacted you. Also, the company sent out another e-mail ordering every LLI associate to seize all and any participation in posting on internet messege boards in regards to LLI.

Tony Rush, a summit advisor in LLI, is a person who I have seen post on just about every messege board in every last corner of the internet, that talks about or has anything to do with LLI. Everywhere I went while doing my research on the company this guy was there always defending the company and arguing with anyone who appeared to dissagree with him. Most of his posts where all well after everyone was ordered to stop doing so by the company.

At the end I came to my own conlusion as to not getting involved with this company.

LLI's real income statistics just don't add up to all the hype. It's hard to argue with the real income statistics published by LLI itself.

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 24, 2006

It's hard to argue with the true companywide income statistics published by LLI itself. Liberty League was obligated by the Arizona Attorney General to publish the true companywide income statistics on it's website as an Income Disclaimer.

This came after the Arizona Attorney General ruled against Liberty League in a $115,000 fine court settelement in May of 2006, which was brought up by former LLI associates who ended up in substantial debt doing the business.

www.azag.gov/press_releases/may/2006/LibertyLeagueSettlement.pdf

Liberty League's actual income statistics company wide can been seen here. The numbers just don't add up to all the hype. Look at the stats and the numbers and make up your own mind if you are considering joining.

www.libertyleague.com/compliance/income_disclosure.php

Why the heck are only the very top 5% of their associates making almost half the entire sales companywide? Are the top 5% doing things or certain types of marketing that they don't teach everyone else on the training calls?

Why did 80% of all active associates in the company averaged only about $7,149 last year accoding to their own stats, while product prices each are up to $12,995 per person? I can now begin to see where the court settlement document says a lot of people did not even make back the money they spent on the products to begin with. Just factor in the business and advertisement costs, as well as the product purchases, and you see the point.

Why did the same very top 5% of the entire company only average $22K/mo a month? What happened to all those people making $100K/mo or more?

Why did a total of 91% of all the active LLI associates in the entire company not even make more than $75K at the very most for the entire year 2005, again with 80% averaging only about $7,149?

Liberty League International LAWSUIT INFORMATION

AUTHOR: Ronnie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 19, 2006

First of all, I would like to say Thank you to all the "Fine People" here for your Insights and experiences with Liberty League International. I AM scheduled to listen to a conference call tonight that is supposed to be live. I DO plan to listen to the call for educational and entertainment purposes.

However after doing my homework and reading other folks experiences, and my Own due diligence; I can tell you Liberty League International will NOT get any of MY Money. These People of Liberty League International seem like very Good sales people. A Good salesperson Sells THE SIZZLE, NOT The Steak!! In this case the Exotic Vacation Conferences, More Family Time, Financial Freedom, Limos, Private Jets, are THE SIZZLE.

Although The Products are elusively described.... the emphasis Is apparantly The Sizzle as presented in their Fabulous website presentations. For Me this is a No Deal!! You can check out the Lawsuit in Arizona and decide for yourself. The link that I found in a post in here DID NOT work. So I went to the home page for The Arizona State Attorney General and did a search for Liberty League. Use the search. The link is here, check it out. http://www.azag.gov/

Thanks To All, and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
