GENSSI Solar GENSSI 100 Watt solar panel, philipsxenon Output rating only a fraction Las Vegas Nevada

Bought a 4 GENSSI® 100W Solar Panel 12V solar panel for about $104.95 each to power up a cabin that I own that  isn't connected to the grid at all.  I spent a lot of time designing and setting up my system, mounting everything, etc (I am an electrical engineer and have good understanding of this stuff). These things are rated at 100 watts each however they don't output anywhere close to that.

When compared side by side to my other 6 solar panels made in Germany, they produce about half the power per panel according to my power meter. When i did some more research, if found out that these qualify as Grade F solar panels, some cells were cracked, somewhere chipped on the edges. These are just garbage solar panels and a complete ripoff. I wish I spent the extra $10 bucks per panel and got real panels instead of this garbage. I would be very open to a lawsuit against these bustards.
