This guy wrote paychecks which bounced the next week. he knew by tuesday that the checks would bounce and did not say anything thru the next week of work. then he refused to pay the amounts of the checks or make good the fees imposed by my bank.
I found out that he did this to the last guy who had the same job with him that i had as well. he ripped him off for 500 dollars and ripped me off for more than 700 initially, and by the time i had lost my bank account because of this it was more than a thousand dollars.

Given time, it did happen

Well, given time, like 2 months... Michael eventually did make the amounts due to my bank good, and i didn't loose my bank account like i thought i had when i wrote the initial report.
I still never received any kind of back payment for lots of overtime that had been under the agreement of "i'll catch up to ya later on it" and i still lost the job. This i added up from what i had documented on my calendar, and estimated the rest at somewhere between 450-500 hours.
The job i miss the most as it wasn't that bad at all. At least as long as i wasn't buried under 3 times as much work as i could complete, and a literal wall of printers and the like that had to be done, and most and worst of all, people stuffing everything into the back of the shop where i was suppossed to be able to at least walk... Most working there are alright, but all seem usually buried like i myself was.
Still crosses my mind to sue him, tho it may be my only option to work with the man, unless his mention of this sort has not gone past the point of mention..
