I was redirected from a payday loan site to gentle breeze. Without ever seeing the website, I was contacted by them through telephone. I applied for a loan of $100 and I was to be charged a one time payment of $146.80 on my upcoming payday. I was not charged the $146.80 on my payday. When I called the number provided in the email they sent me, I called and a lady told me that the company only charges the interest fee of $46.80 and to pay the loan in full I would have to set my next payday to be charged the $146.80.I was never told this over the phone when I applied for the loan and it's not in the agreement document. Again on my next payday i was not charged the originally agreed payment. I call and the phone constantly ring, i can't log in to the website of the company and I have not been contacted by email.

Now 11 months later I was charged $46.08 twice monthly until I finally put an ACH block on the company. Of course I haven't been contacted from Gentle Breeze on why I put a block on them. I file a claim with my bank and was temporarily credited all the charges I was charged by Gentle Breeze. Two weeks later, my bank was able to contact the company and Gentle Breeze provided them documents of the loan. My bank then denies my claim and reverses the temporary credit I was given. My bank never used my affidavit in the claim and I told my bank that the document doesn't show that I agreed to pay $46.80 twice monthly, only the agreed one-time $146.80. Now I will be going to small claims court to get my money back.
