On October 10th, 2014 Doctor Jason Hersh called me about a complaint I had filed on him and Boca Gentle Dental. Dr. Hersh performed dental surgery on me on August 28th 2014. Within two weeks I seaked another second opinion from another more expierenced Periodontist.
Several days BEFORE seeing another Periodontist I went to Gentle Dental and I requested any paperwork or Doctor notes concerning my surgery on August 28th,2014. The office staff gave me the notes concerning my surgery, they lacked detail, and were of little benifit to prove what was done for me.
Durning our conversation on October 10th 2014, I mentioned to Dr. Hersh, over the phone with the Boca office manager listening, that his medical notes that I had acquired were of little value. I told him they are not technical.
Today, October 14th, 2014, I went back to Gentle Dental to aquire my notes again. I told Dr. Hersh and the Gental Dental manager I would come back for the notes. NOW, by some mysterious reason Dr. Hersh's medical notes are much differant.
Now his notes are full of numerous technical details (what a coinscience) and here is the second part of defrauding me, they are dated October 10th, 2014. That is the SAME day I spoke with Dr. Hersh about his insufficent notes. If these notes were ligit they would have been dated August 28th or close due to dictation.
Now that I have been defrauded I will take swift action. I have been encouraged to get a CT scan of the aforementioned surgical area, and I will. This will further discredit this Periodentist word.

CT SCAN Confirms Gentle Dental Fraud

On August 28th Dr. Jason Hersh performed a periodontics' procedure on me. In the following weeks Dr. Hersh insisted that he had done everything properly. Having been in pain much longer than expected, I thought it would be prudent to get a second opinion.
Upon seeking a second opinion from a much more experienced periodontitis, I realized Dr. Hersh was not truthful with me about his recent comments with me. I attempted to explain to Dr. Hersh that some significant periodontal problems were still present while under his medical care. Although Dr. Hersh was at times arrogant with me he insisted that he did everything properly. The Boca Gentle Dental office manager was a witness.
Since then, within the past few days, I had a CT scan performed with the other more experienced periodontitis. The physical evidence showed that there was NO bone graft present nor any evidence of any collagen membrane. It was determined that Dr. Hersh failed to use the correct type of stiches. He should have used a stich that does not dissolve. As a direct result of Dr. Hersh and his medical decisions this surgical site opened to infection. During my recent surgery with my new Doctor, a piece of old decade bone was actually pulled out of this surgical site that Dr. Hersh worked on previously. Can you believe this? I witnessed this. I observed this object being removed by my new doctor. This is malpractice. Leaving something behind lead to an infection in that area.
In closing, Dr. Jason Hersh has not been forthcoming and truthful with me. The CT scan, and recent surgery from my new doctor, proves Dr. Hersh is a fast talker when confronted, but a CT scan does not have a motive. Now he is in serious trouble.
