I recently made a purchase with this company for the first time, they state on their site delivery time should be within 24 hours of receipt of payment and virtual items should be sent via email. Payment was made over 4 days ago, but no items were delivered to me. I have made several attempts to reach someone from this company via email, phone, live chat, all with no response. They also have a customer feed back section, I have been watching for 3 days now and all bad feedback are quickly removed from thier site. I have seen an extremely high amount of individuals stating in this section that they have also paid for and not recieved items from JPitems, only to see their feedback removed from site hours later. I only ask that I be reimbursed my purchase amount to my credit card or The items I paid for be delivered as promised, as any reputable business would do. Order No: 630146

I am writing to update my report about jpitems. I jumped the gun a bit about this company, it seems that when I filed this report the company was having serious issues with thier server. Once the server issue was fixed my items were delivered to me along with extras for my patience. I would like to apologize to jpitems and let it be known that I have made many transactions with this company since, without a single problem. AGAIN MY APOLOGIES!!!! Keep up the good work jpitems.

The delivery was received by the customer. The item in the order was rare and took longer than normal to deliver.
