Dont ever buy any product or services from this company. They dont state in their terms and conditions that once they activate their security service, the customer is locked into a contract and then you will have to keep paying them the rest of the term even if you are not satisfied with their services or products. This is a catch and the customer dont have any other option other than to listen to the crap from the customer care thieves. Their 'customer care' works 9 to 5pm only Monday to Friday eastern time and your security system should have problems only at this time and days, or else you are on your own to sort out the problem. Technical support is only till 3pm after that you dont have any technical assistance.
So how can a home security company work only during week day eastern time office hours is only left to the customers imagination. In case you need some technical support you will have to sit at home at a date and time given by them, usually a week or so from the day you report the problem to the 'customer care'. So its fun dealing with Geoarm and its horrible customer care.
I did purchase a cellular alarm monitoring device from this company for 200.00 and they did not mention in their terms and conditions that the contract comes into force once they activate their service and that there is no grace period or window period like a week or two to cancel their service. I was unsatisfied with their service I did ask them to cancel their service and that time they told me that the contract started and that I will have to suffer their service and customer care for another year.
The guy I talked to the first time (Scott- dont know whether it is real or not) had told me that they will charge me flat 25.00$ per month and when I looked at the credit card statement, they did charge me 30.00$ for the first month. Then I asked about the cancellation policy and I did return their cellular adaptor for discounted price and I had to pay 75% of the whole year service fee plus the added trouble of dealing with the crooks at the customer care to end this whole stressful ordeal. So any body looking for home security, pls try to avoid this bunch of thieves, robbing innocent customers of their hard earned money, sitting in west palm beach, florida.

First Month is Prorated.

Prorated Definition: To divide, distribute, or assess proportionately.
This donkey doesn't seem to understand that the first bill is prorated as with all reoccurring billing companies (e.g. water, electricity, mortgage payment). You should always read what you sign up for, then you wouldn't have to complain like a amateur.
You make me laugh, dumb people are so funny.
So, the first bill is a partial month (if you sign up in the middle of a month) and usually the full next month. This donkey I guess didn't graduate from high school or understand the word prorated, or has never paid a monthly service charge before (lol has bad credit).
